It seems a long time ago now but over 35 or so years there isn't much that hasn't come across my desk (obviously didn't have a desk at the start, just a broom), after years of working for other people at the Lady Bailey site the opportunity came during the mid 90's to purchase the site - what timing! We are recognised in the industry as one of the top Bailey retailers anywhere in the UK, bourne out by the fact that customers travel hundreds of miles to buy from us. Whats our secret? Keep things simple at every point in the business, treat your staff well and they will treat your customers well.
